Content with a purpose

Social, email, website and CRM working together

Plain-English advice

Does this sound familiar?

You don’t need to post more
just for the sake of it.

Start with who you want to reach, what they need to understand and what a useful result would look like.

01 /

You’re posting when you can

A little structure would make a big difference.

You have plenty to say, but content keeps slipping behind the day job. A realistic plan can make it easier to show up consistently.

02 /

Your message feels scattered

Help people understand what you actually do.

Your profiles, posts and website tell slightly different stories. Bring them together around a clear audience, offer and voice.

03 /

Attention isn’t becoming enquiries

Think about what happens after the click.

People notice your content, but the next step is unclear. Look at the whole route from interest to enquiry and follow-up.

Support that fits your business

A practical plan.
Content that earns its place.

Start with a focused piece of work or discuss ongoing support. We agree what is included and who is responsible for each part.

01 /

Strategy & planning

Know what you are trying to achieve.

Clarify your audience, messages and priorities. Choose a manageable mix of channels and a content plan that supports your business goals.

02 /

Social media content

Give your business a consistent voice.

Plan and create useful posts, captions and visual content around your services and expertise. Agree the platforms, formats, frequency and approval process before work starts.

03 /

Profile & message reviews

Make the first impression clearer.

Review your social profiles, descriptions and calls to action. Help visitors understand who you help, what you offer and where to go next.

04 /

Email marketing

Keep the conversation going.

Plan useful emails and campaigns for your audience. Agree the content, list requirements and sending arrangements, with appropriate permissions considered before activity begins.

05 /

Connected follow-up

Give enquiries somewhere useful to go.

Look at the hand-off between your content, website, forms and CRM. Identify practical ways to reduce missed enquiries and repetitive work, with any integration or automation scoped separately.

06 /

Reporting & refinement

Learn from what is actually happening.

Agree useful measures, review performance and adjust the plan. Look beyond likes to relevant visits, conversations and enquiries where the available data allows.

Connected thinking

Make the next step
part of the plan.

A good post is only one part of the picture. The page it links to, the enquiry form and the response someone receives all shape their experience of your business.

Estuary Connect brings websites, CRM and marketing into the same conversation. We can also explore sensible uses of AI for planning and routine tasks, with a human eye on accuracy, tone and the final content.

01 /

Start with the audience

Choose topics and channels around the people you want to reach, rather than trying to be everywhere.

02 /

Keep your voice

Make the content sound like your business. You should recognise yourself in what is published.

03 /

Connect the activity

Give each campaign a clear next step and a sensible way to understand its contribution.

A few useful answers

Before we plan your next post…

Do we need to be on every social media platform?

No. We start with your audience, business goals and capacity. It is usually more useful to agree a manageable set of channels and keep them purposeful than to create a presence everywhere.

Can you create the content as well as the plan?

Yes. Content planning and creation can be included in the agreed scope. We clarify the formats, volume, information you need to provide and any photography or video requirements before work starts.

Will I approve posts before they are published?

We agree an approval process at the start, including who reviews content and how feedback is handled. Your involvement should be clear, and publishing should follow the process we have agreed.

Can you help if we want to manage our own social media?

Yes. We can discuss a focused review, content plan or practical guidance that helps you manage activity yourself. The scope can be shaped around the support your team needs.

Does social media support include replying to comments and messages?

Only if that is agreed in the scope. Content creation, scheduling and monitoring are different tasks. We clarify who handles replies, what needs your attention and the expected level of cover.

Is paid advertising included?

It is not assumed to be included in social media support. If paid activity is relevant, we discuss the scope, suitability and any specialist support needed. Advertising spend and third-party costs are agreed separately.

Can you help connect marketing to our website or CRM?

Yes. We can review the route from content to enquiry and follow-up. Any changes to forms, CRM, email tools or automation are assessed and scoped around your existing systems and requirements.

How much does it cost, and what results can we expect?

The cost depends on the channels, content and level of support required. We agree the scope and cost before work begins. We also agree useful measures, but cannot promise a particular number of followers, leads or sales; results depend on your offer, audience and wider activity.
